Sesame Street, which is moving to HBO for its 46th season, is making some adjustments to attract the “toddlers of the Internet age.” Some changes include: Elmo moving into a brownstone, the Cookie Monster teaming up with “tablet-wielding crimefighters,” and Oscar the Grouch moving into a recycling bin.
