Small Business Owners Prefer Gen-X Employees

In a recent study, small business owners indicate a strong preference for Gen-X employees: Fully 47% would prefer to hire an Xer, compared to 26% who would rather go for a Millennial, and only 8% who would choose a Boomer. Now in mid life, Xers have finally left the “slacker” stereotype behind.
