The share of small businesses that is “fully adapted” to cloud-based technology is projected to soar from 37% today to 78% by 2020. The concerns that once led owners to resist the cloud—such as the lack of an IT team for troubleshooting—are fading in light of these applications’ efficiency and convenience.
