Some States Require High Schoolers To Pass Citizenship Exam

Some states (especially in the red zone) are enacting laws requiring high school students to pass a version of the citizenship exam before graduating. Lawmakers say they want to instill a sense of patriotism and civic duty in Millennials as they come of age.
