There is so much TV being produced today that L.A. is running out of studio space, leading many producers to move to new film hubs, like Atlanta’s “Y’allywood.” While L.A. producers are increasingly competing over equipment and talent, shows that move are able to save valuable capital in an industry facing shrinking profit margins.
