U.S. Military Hackers Are Attacking ISIS Communication Networks

Secretary of Defense Ashton Carter confirms that U.S. military hackers are attacking ISIS communication networks. Though the U.S. Cyber Command has been around since 2009, its doings have rarely been front-page news, and for good reason: According to Carter, “You don’t use your trick plays in the preseason games; you save them for the games that matter.”
