Utah has become the first state to pass a law that allows children to play outside without adult supervision. While G.I. and Silent Generation parents certainly didn’t face child neglect charges when they let their children roam outdoors from dawn to dusk, today’s “free range” parents have to think twice if they want to let kids be kids.
