“The Villages” Continue to Grow
According to the Census Bureau, the nation’s fastest-growing metro area is “The Villages,” a retirement community outside Orlando, Fla., which had an expansion rate of 5.4% in the year ending July 2014. While most Boomers opt to retire and age in place, some are clearly still enjoying the same senior communities that their parents popularized.
