A new survey analyzes what Americans “waste” their money on, and some interesting generational differences emerge. For example, 27% of Boomers and 25% of Xers say they waste money on TV (a category that doesn’t make the top 10 for Millennials), while 17% of Xers and 15% of Boomers waste money on cigarettes (also absent from the Millennial list).
