Fully 77% of 28- to 37-year-olds say they occasionally lose sleep because of stress, the highest share of any age group. What exactly is keeping Americans up at night? While most age groups list “relationships” as their main source of worry, 54- to 63-year-olds (comprising many low-SES, late-wave Boomers) opt for “money.”
