Whole Milk Sales Increase in the First Half of 2015, Skim Milk Sales Plunged

According to a new report, whole milk sales increased 11% in the first half of 2015, while skim milk sales plunged 14%. Researchers attribute much of the shift to consumers’ demands for “natural”: While whole milk has more fat than skim milk, it goes through less processing from udder to carton.
