Will “Rage Yoga” Be All the Rage with Xers?

After a painful breakup, a young Canadian yogi created a new type of exercise that she calls “Rage Yoga,” complete with drinking, swearing, and rock. Xers will likely take to this individual exercise if it gets kicked up a notch with beer and heavy metal.
