Xer Homeowners Do Battle with Their HOAs
Only 31% of Gen Xers say they love their homeowners’ association, compared to 39% of Millennials and 52% of Boomers. For Xers, HOAs are a source of mixed feelings: They need them to make sure their neighbors behave, but also wish they would leave their own houses alone and let them live how they want.
