Xers the Least Happy at Work
Just 68% of Xers say they’re happy at work, compared to 74% of Boomers and 75% of Millennials. Why? A lack of financial security is a major factor: Nearly half of Xers report living paycheck to paycheck, and this generation is the most likely to believe that they’ll never be able to retire.
