Xers Rely on Gig Work Income
Fully 49% of Gen-X gig-economy workers say their gig work is their household’s sole source of income, compared to 36% of Millennials and 32% of Boomers. More than any other generation, Xers are working in the gig economy to make ends meet—yet many are still falling short.
