The latest Millennial Impact Report finds that young employees are much more likely to be motivated to volunteer or donate to charity by their peers (63%) than by their supervisors (44%). “The old style, top-down strategies and campaigns for charitable giving coming from the CEO,” comments the study sponsor, “just don’t resonate with this generation.”
