Workers in their 20s to early 30s are much more likely than older workers to report having witnessed or experienced discrimination, including ageism and sexism, at the office. The generation gap in the new survey isn’t necessarily indicative of a rise in workplace harassment, but certainly reflects a rise in awareness and desire to speak up.
